A sweet and savory snack that comes together quick. Toasted, crusty bread is topped with creamy Chobani® Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt, DOLE® peach slices, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Top with fresh basil leaves and serve as an appetizer.
Slice baguette into 1/2″ rounds. Place evenly on a baking sheet and toast in oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool to room temperature.
In a small mixing bowl, fold together yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Cut peach slices in half lengthwise. Spread a dollop of seasoned yogurt on each crostini. Top with a peach slice, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and a few basil leaves. Serve immediately.
